Job description

We are seeking an Analyst or Associate level hire (Associate will need 3+ years relevant experience) to join the Project Management team. This role will focus primarily on all aspects of our co-investment processes (both syndicated and co-underwrite), working alongside other internal, external and LP stakeholders to ensure the optimum execution of these high profile processes. This role will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust co-investment data tracking. Co-investment is a growing area of focus for the firm, and this role will give broad exposure to a number of teams and strategies across the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Involvement in all aspects of co-invest project management across each of their strategies
  • Preparation of high quality materials and documentation, with strong process management skills
  • Liaising with investment teams, internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, fund admin) and responding to LP queries in a timely and high quality manner
  • Managing and completing LP due diligence, coordinating with various relevant internal teams, as well as responding to any ongoing investor specific requests
  • Tracking and updating investor information; on-going monitoring of co-invest processes
  • Senior stakeholder management and updates
  • Management and maintenance of internal co-invest data and tracking
  • Exposure to the wider capital raising and business development initiatives, as relevant

Desired Experience

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
    • Fully competent with Excel; modelling skills preferable
    • Ability to conduct research, solve problems and learn quickly
  • Strong communication skills
    • Fully competent with PowerPoint and Word
    • Experience in writing high quality presentations and materials, conveying messages in an effective manner
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation
  • Ability to work both in a small team and independently with great responsibility
  • Ability to work well under pressure with very senior personnel
  • Experience within a leading financial organisation (familiarity with private markets fundraising and/or the co-invest additive)
  • Excellent educational background at a world-class institution
