IPC Trainer wanted in Nuneaton


Our client is a consulting firm specializing in helping operations and quality leaders in the aerospace and automotive industries reduce costs, improve quality, and regain control of their process. The company focuses on working closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions to drive profitability and efficiency.


Role Description

This is a temporary maternity cover remote role for an IPC Trainer with our client, with a view to becoming permanent. The IPC Trainer will be responsible for delivering IPC and other electronic training courses at both customer sites and at our own dedicated technical training centre. The ideal candidate will be based in the West Midlands area, and preference will be given to candidates from the high reliability/high performance electronics sector.


Please note: The role requires extensive UK travel.


Qualifications
  1. Experience in soldering and electronics manufacturing operations
  2. Knowledge of IPC standards and certifications
  3. Strong communication and teaching skills
  4. Problem-solving and analytical abilities
  5. Experience in the aerospace, defense, and motorsport industries is a plus
  6. Ability to work independently and remotely
