IP Solicitor (Litigation)

IP LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 3+ YEARS’ PQE, NEWCASTLE / REMOTE, TO C£100,000 DOE – Top 50, nationally rated team seeking experienced IP Litigator to take on busy caseload of work. JOB REF:9088

Key Responsibilities:

1. Join a committed and successful team of Dispute Resolution Solicitors with an enviable list of clients and a healthy pipeline of work.
2. Handle a wide range of IP Disputes including the protection of trademarks and brands on behalf of UK clients at IPEC and High Court.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years PQE handling IP Disputes with a proven track record representing clients at all levels.
2. Experience gained at another leading national or City law firm.
3. Top class academics and excellent communication skills.
4. Commitment to delivering top-class client service.
