IP Paralegal

We are working with a retail company seeking an IP Paralegal, with a background in trademark filings and prosecutions and designs, to join the team on a permanent basis and provide a comprehensive IP service to the business.

London, Full-time

Salary: £55-60k

The role:

• Trademark searching, renewals, filings and prosecutions
• Design renewals, filings, and prosecutions
• Managing the design process
• Preparing design reports

Ideal candidate:

• Significant trademark and design experience
• Global IP experience
• In-house experience desirable
• Hard worker and organised
