The Client:

An international financial services firm are seeking a polished and proactive Investor Relations Assistant to join their London office.

The Role:

The Investor Relations Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients, as well as assisting the wider team with administrative duties. These will include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist the IR team in preparing materials for meetings and calls
  • Maintain investor contact lists and coordinate shareholder meetings
  • Conduct market and industry research for reports
  • Manage investor inquiries and coordinate meetings with senior management
  • Diary management for the wider team

The Candidate:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Diary management experience
