About our client

We are working with a prominent asset management firm with a specialist focus on delivering flexible capital solutions to grow businesses, industries, and markets. As one of Europe's leading private debt managers with a growing institutional investor base, the team is looking to hire a technically minded Investor Relations Analyst or Associate to contribute to their exponential growth.

What the job involves

In this role, the successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of the team and will support all aspects of IR.

1. Preparing marketing materials such as investor presentations, private placement memorandums, pitchbooks, investor presentations, PPMs, RFPs, and DDQs
2. Conducting market and competitor research
3. Carrying out bespoke quarterly investor reporting and preparing audit requests as well as portfolio data analysis
4. Responding to ad-hoc client inquiries in a timely manner
5. Assisting with the creation of content for investor-related events such as AGMs, LPACs, and quarterly calls
6. Working on technology development and acting as CRM platform manager

Who we are looking for

1. Strong academic background with previous experience in investor relations, placement agent, or asset management
2. Knowledge of or exposure to private markets is beneficial, but not required
3. Good financial acumen, able to disseminate complex data into investor-friendly content
4. Highly organised with excellent project management skills
5. Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
6. Strong communicator with an excellent command of verbal and written English
7. Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
