An established industry player is seeking a proactive individual to manage and measure risk across Fixed Income portfolios. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your quantitative skills to analyse data, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and ensure adherence to investment risk guidelines. Collaboration with investment teams and product development will be key to driving risk-adjusted returns. In this role your primary responsibility will be measuring and managing the risk that is being taken across the relevant LDI and Fixed Income portfolios. You will therefore need an understanding of different risk management techniques, as well as an understanding about Fixed Income, LDI and derivatives instruments. The ability to source, manipulate and interpret data is also important.
Excellent personal skills are essential in this role as you will be required to communicate risk related issues effectively to all levels in the business.
You will be expected to deliver consistently good results on numerous projects and so the ability to effectively manage workload and time is important.
