Investment Operations Analyst

Our client is a leading name within the investment management arena. Due to company growth, they are now looking to recruit an Operations Analyst to join their high-performing Operations team on a permanent basis.

The Operations Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:

1. Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of transactions
2. Daily and monthly reconciliation of investment portfolios
3. Calculating, analysing and reporting on investment data
4. Identifying inefficiencies and making enhancements in operational processes
5. Preparing bespoke client reports in accordance with strict deadlines on a monthly and quarterly basis
6. Processing corporate actions

The Operations Analyst will meet the following skill set:

1. Previous experience within Operations at a buy-side asset management firm
2. Understanding of corporate actions
3. Good working knowledge of equities
4. Holds the IOC or IMC
5. Experience of working towards tight deadlines
