What the job involves

• Lead deal execution process, including market analysis, financial due diligence, legal structuring, and negotiations
• Develop and review financial models
• Prepare investment memoranda and draft Term Sheets
• Monitor portfolio companies and facilitate value creation initiatives
• Generate analyses and recommendations for invested companies
• Produce periodic portfolio company commentaries

Who we are looking for

• Experience leading deals within private equity. Ideally with exposure to the food industry
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, capable of managing complex workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced financial and business modeling skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior management. Ability to work collaboratively
• Self-organized, self-motivated, action-oriented, and efficient
• Additional European languages are advantageous but not required
