Are you a KYC specialist with private equity, credit or fund investment experience looking for greater flexibility to work from home?

You’ll be working for an established, market-leading firm that is growing fast and you’ll have the flexibility to work predominantly from home, with occasional visits to their London or Manchester office, whichever is the most convenient for you.
You’ll be responsible for managing KYC across complex structures, including equity co-investments, senior/junior debt instruments and fund vehicles, while liaising with multiple stakeholders and balancing multiple deadlines.
You’ll undertake investment KYC due diligence, understand and assess deal structures, including leveraged buyouts (LBOs), BidCo funding and debt waterfalls, working across multiple jurisdictions including UK, Luxembourg, US and Sweden.
In addition, you’ll conduct screening for adverse media, PEPs and sanctions and also navigate complex fund and trust-based ownership structures.
You’ll have 3+ years’ KYC experience within a private equity, credit or fund investment environment, with a strong working knowledge of leveraged transactions, private equity structures and fund financing mechanisms.
An understanding of Luxembourg AML/CTF rules would be advantageous, as would French, German or Hebrew language skills, although these are not essential.
