Job description

East Suffolk Council is an exciting place to work, delivering essential local services and making a real difference to a quarter of a million people across East Suffolk.

We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council as an Investment Development Manager within Property & Place.

The role

To take a leading strategic role in delivering and supporting the Councils' investment and development projects relating to all its property assets. To support the work of Property & Place, Economic Development & Regeneration and Housing in project leadership and identifying and analysing opportunities. To complete projects on time and within budget to enable economic growth and increased outputs for the Council.

What you will need:

You will have extensive recent experience in the professional property environment and operating either in a local authority environment or in the private sector. You will have a RICS qualification and a minimum of 5 years relevant previous post qualification experience.
