Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Reporting to: Head – Investment Compliance & Risk

The Investment Compliance & Risk Team Lead will play a key role in embedding business controls and act as a driving force in our continued development. Experience and Skills

Essential:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Math’s, Minimum 2:1
  • 3-4 Years Regulatory experience or Technology Experience
  • Excellent Client Servicing and relationship management Skills

Desirable:

  • Masters Degree or further studies in asset management fields.
  • Working knowledge of UCITS Investment Compliance or data analytics.
  • Experience of process improvement and delivery
  • Exposure to trial balances and/or fund accounting experience.
  • Project management experience
  • Strong experience of coding and testing investment guidelines. Using systems like MIG21, Charles River, Linedata, Latentzero, Alladin. Preferably with experience of UCITS and the 1940 Act.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver dynamic and robust ‘Business as Usual’ leadership.
  • Responsible for conduct of internal processes.
  • Promote operational excellence within your team and Ensure delivery of excellent customer service
  • Provide leadership and support to your team members and the wider BAU team.
  • Liaison with Internal projects and relationship management teams
  • Provide Support & Performance Management along side Team Manger
