The FinTech and Financial Institutions Group (FIG) teams are responsible for the origination and execution of public and private M&A and capital markets transactions involving corporate, financial sponsor and government clients. We maintain pivotal relationships with many of the most prominent clients in the FinTech and financial services industries and aid them, through M&A and capital markets transactions, in delivering on their corporate strategy and structure.
We cover origination and execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets transactions, as well as market top-tier corporate broking services across the FinTech & FIG client base, together with colleagues from other product teams.
As an Investment Banking Associate / experienced Analyst within EMEA FinTech & Benelux FIG team, you will play a crucial role in the origination and execution of investment banking mandates across all major product areas. Your responsibilities will include addressing the needs of our clients, contributing to the enhancement of J.P. Morgan's franchise and reputation in the marketplace, and partnering across teams to develop strategies for clients. You will also be tasked with building detailed financial models, evaluating market data, and preparing client presentations. Under the guidance of senior team leaders, you will manage client transactions from pitch to close, prepare detailed valuation analyses, models and presentations, and devise innovative and creative solutions to complex, real-world business challenges.
