FIG Sector: (Asset / Wealth Management & Insurance)

Level: Associate 1 or 2

Our client, an Elite Boutique investment bank with global coverage, is actively hiring a junior Associate to join their growing FIG Advisory (mergers and acquisitions/M&A) team in London.

Requirements for consideration:

• Fundamental understanding of financial valuation methodologies and applications.
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical abilities.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Completed sell-side transaction experience (ideally 3+ years in M&A).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively, delivering high-quality work on schedule.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High resilience, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm.

The team has an exceptionally strong track record in the market, and the work involved will be predominantly deal execution focused.
