Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Associate to join our client’s Technology Investment Banking team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact transactions in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in investment banking (M&A preferred) and a strong passion for the tech sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Execution: Support end-to-end deal execution, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
• Market & Industry Analysis: Conduct deep research on technology subsectors, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Client Engagement: Assist in managing client relationships and preparing pitch materials.
• Financial Modeling & Valuation: Develop DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis models.
• Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Work closely with senior bankers to structure transactions and provide strategic recommendations.
• Team Collaboration: Mentor junior analysts and work cross-functionally with senior leadership

Key Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years in investment banking /Big 4, ideally within M&A. Experience in the technology sector is highly preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is a plus.

Technical Skills: Strong financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills.

Deal Exposure: Proven track record of working on M&A transactions.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
