Job Description:

We are now working with a tier one investment banking advisory firm that has a great track record and has worked on some major deals.

They are looking to recruit an Analyst into their European M&A team, who will work on the origination and execution of deals for their clients.

The type of deals you will work on could include mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals, restructurings, distressed advisory, and other corporate finance work.

The role will involve close collaboration with partners on deal structuring, financial modelling, valuations, deal execution, and extensive interactions with clients.

The firm has excellent deal flow and is currently very busy with live transactions.

They are particularly interested in meeting Analysts from the M&A teams of other banks and advisory firms.

The role is aimed at candidates with 1 - 2 years of M&A experience.
