In this role you will:
- Work alongside MDs, advising clients on corporate finance matters.
- Be exposed to a broad range of projects such as M&A, takeovers, defence, equity raising, financial strategy, and LBOs.
- Engage in deal structuring, financial modelling, and valuations.
- Prepare transaction documentation.
This would be a great opportunity for an Analyst from a larger bank who is looking to gain more hands-on exposure to deals and clients, operating at a senior level.
