Investment Banking Analyst - M&A Advisory (Global Investment Bank), London

Generalist sector (Consumer, Industrials & Business Services and Technology) across EMEA (M&A).

Our client, a global investment bank, is actively hiring an Analyst (Analyst 2 or Analyst 3 depending on experience) to join their Advisory (mergers and acquisitions/ M&A) team in London.

Requirements for consideration:

1. Minimum 1 year's experience working in M&A (preferably in London).
2. Understanding of financial valuation methodologies and applications.
3. Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively, delivering high-quality work on schedule.
5. Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
6. High resilience, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm.

The team has an exceptionally strong track record in the market and the work involved will be predominantly M&A deal execution focused.
