Investment Banking Analyst, Healthcare M&A – leading investment bank

We are now working with a very successful investment bank.

They are looking to recruit an Analyst into their London Healthcare M&A team.

The role will focus on:

1. Working on the execution of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and management buy-outs.
2. Extensive interaction with clients and investors.
3. Preparation of deal execution documents.
4. Deal structuring.

The successful candidate will have a background as follows:

1. Background in investment banking, M&A or Big Four M&A/corporate finance advisory.
2. Healthcare sector experience is not essential for the role.
