Your role

Do you have a passion for developing and executing marketing campaigns? Are you known for your project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects?

We're looking for someone like that to help identify and drive Marketing projects that support the firm's strategic objectives, from assisting with inception through to project planning and implementation.

  1. Work collaboratively with the marketing team and business sponsors to help deliver marketing projects across the Investment Bank to meet key strategic objectives.
  2. Support the development of client-facing marketing initiatives and campaigns with the ability to generate new ideas with a focus on executing across marketing channels.
  3. Create best-in-class marketing assets that are on-brand and optimized for associated user journeys.
  4. Analyze the performance of your projects and campaigns ensuring user journey through the funnel is tracked, monitored, and optimized.
  5. Work with creative agencies or internal design teams to create marketing assets for campaigns that align to key audience insights and brand guidelines.
  6. Stay ahead of the latest trends in performance marketing, including new tools, platforms, and tactics.
  7. Work collaboratively with partners in internal communications, group branding, corporate communications, press office, external agency partners, in-house events team, and third-party events.

Your team

You'll be working in the Investment Bank Marketing Execution team in London. Our team is responsible for the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to help drive business revenues and support business, product, and sector objectives.

Your expertise

You have:

  1. 3-5+ years' experience in marketing in Financial Services delivering marketing campaigns, preferably within an Investment Bank.
  2. Good organizational skills and a knack for working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team, juggling multiple priorities.
  3. Strong skills in writing and message development, and in 'packaging' written and visual content.
  4. Ability to interact with internal clients and colleagues at all levels.
  5. Knowledge of Investment Bank products and services and its revenue drivers, as well as the overarching market structure environment and capital markets trends.
  6. A proactive and inquisitive attitude with the ability to quickly grasp new subject matter, understand the bigger picture, and identify the most critical business needs.
  7. A strong interest in design and branding.
  8. Ability to measure, interpret, and summarize marketing analytics across various platforms.

  1. Highly persuasive and able to drive strategic projects from concept to execution, gaining buy-in and navigating complex internal structures.
  2. Resilient, robust, and comfortable with challenge.
  3. A self-starter, comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and motivation to grow your book of work, client base, projects, and networks.
  4. Strong collaboration skills and experience of working as part of a global team.
  5. Calm under pressure and able to produce high-quality work within short time scales.
