Join a leading real estate investment firm dedicated to identifying and capitalising on lucrative opportunities in the UK market. The firm focuses on commercial and office development and is looking to deploy capital into new developments in London and across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement investment strategies.
  2. Conduct financial modelling, underwriting, and due diligence on real estate investments.
  3. Prepare investment memos and presentations for stakeholders.
  4. Analyse market trends and identify investment opportunities and risks.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with industry participants.
  6. Manage transaction processes, including negotiations and deal closures.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
  8. Monitor and enhance investment performance.
  9. Provide portfolio updates and identify asset repositioning opportunities.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field is desired; a Master's degree is a plus.
