Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement investment strategies.
2. Conduct financial modelling, underwriting, and due diligence on real estate investments.
3. Prepare investment memos and presentations for stakeholders.
4. Analyse market trends and identify investment opportunities and risks.
5. Build and maintain relationships with industry participants.
6. Manage transaction processes, including negotiations and deal closures.
7. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
8. Monitor and enhance investment performance.
9. Provide portfolio updates and identify asset repositioning opportunities.
10. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field is desired; a Master's degree is a plus.
2. Strong experience in real estate investment or a related role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
4. Familiarity with real estate investment tools and platforms.
5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
6. The ability to synthesise data and communicate findings effectively.
7. Knowledge of real estate finance concepts.
8. A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based within central London with 4 days a week being office-based and 1 day a week from home. There is a competitive base salary with strong bonus potential and a full range of benefits.
