Location: London

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 + bonus + benefits

Capstone have partnered with a small family-owned business with a real estate investment arm specialising in industrial (logistics) and residential properties. They are looking to grow their investment portfolio and are seeking a well-rounded professional who will both invest in further assets, as well as manage their existing portfolio.

Job Overview:

As an Investment and Property Manager, you will identify, evaluate, and manage investment opportunities in both the industrial and residential property sectors in and outside of London. Your contributions will be instrumental in maximizing returns and ensuring the continued success and growth of our family real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough market research and due diligence to identify potential investment opportunities.
2. Analyze financial data, market trends, and property performance to assess investment viability.
3. Develop investment strategies aligned with our family business values and long-term objectives.
4. Lead the acquisition process, negotiating purchase agreements and managing closing activities.
5. Oversee property dispositions, including preparing marketing materials and negotiating sales contracts.
6. Develop and implement asset management plans to optimize portfolio performance.
7. Monitor property performance and identify opportunities for value enhancement.
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and service providers.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of investment strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in real estate investment and property management.
2. Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven track record of successful investment transactions and portfolio management.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a family business environment.
6. Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulatory requirements.
