Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing private investment firm as an Investment Analyst based in their London office. This position will focus on investment opportunities within the sports industry.

The Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:

  1. Identify and analyse investment opportunities
  2. Provide analysis and conduct research across key industry sectors
  3. Build and maintain financial models to support transactions and valuation analysis
  4. Support new deals and ensure the transitions run smoothly
  5. Undertake vital analysis on market trends and possible transactions
  6. Assist with developing and formulating meeting materials, including presentations and client documents
  7. Proactively provide support to investors and portfolio investment businesses
  8. Build strong relationships internally to support learning and development

The Analyst will meet the following skillset:

  1. 1+ years’ relevant experience as an analyst within investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, audit or equivalent
  2. Passion for investments, particularly within the sports investments space
  3. Driven individual with excellent communication skills
  4. Positive attitude towards problem solving
  5. Strong analytical ability and numerate
  6. Excellent academic background
  7. Self-motivated, proactive and flexible with high level of commercial acumen
