Investment Analyst - PE

Venture Search is currently working with a London-based Investment Manager looking to add an Analyst to their Private Equity team.

They have over 20+ years of experience and over 40 global investments. They invest from the growth stage to buyouts in the lower mid-market across Technology, Healthcare and Consumer & Retail.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the team to identify new investment opportunities.
• Financial Modelling, Due Diligence, & Valuations.
• Supporting the negotiation and execution of deals.
• Management of existing portfolio companies.

Requirements:

• 1-3 Years experience in: Deal Advisory, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance or M&A.
• Strong understanding of financial structuring, modeling, and valuation techniques.
• Minimum 2:1 bachelor's degree.
• Right to work in the UK
