Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and analytical graduate with 2-3+ years’ experience in asset management, investment banking or transaction services?

Are you a strong communicator and relationship builder, with a keen desire to learn and develop with a growing entrepreneurial company?

Do you have strong financial skills, including financial modelling and analysis capability? Relevant professional qualifications?

The role will involve:

  1. Working alongside senior team members to originate, negotiate, structure and execute investment transactions and deliver corporate finance advice.
  2. Evaluation of investment opportunities including market analysis, competitor reviews, preparation of cash flow and other financial models.
  3. Preparation of memoranda, auxiliary analysis and documentation to support the investment decision.
  4. Analysis and reporting on financial statements.
  5. Contributing to investment discussions/strategy and developing content for strategic meetings with clients.
  6. Maintaining and developing relationships with clients and potential clients.

Requirements:

  1. 2-3 years’ experience of working in asset management, investment banking, or transaction services.
  2. An excellent academic record – graduate or above.
  3. Ability to assess financial performance and valuation.
  4. Ability to prepare written analysis efficiently.
  5. Comfortable working flexibly in a small team in a high pressure, fast-moving environment.
  6. Strong professional, interpersonal skills to deal with management, advisers, and investors.
  7. High levels of attention to detail and organisational skills.
  8. Entrepreneurial outlook, with the ambition to be an important part of the business for the long term.
