Investment Analyst

We are supporting a leading pan-European Real Estate Investment Manager who are looking to recruit an Investment Analyst to join their Investment & Fund Management team. This position will support the Fund Management team with management, analysis and reporting of their pan- European (sector agnostic) funds and provide support to the Investment team with deal execution.

Key Investment Analyst responsibilities:

• Support the process for recommendation(s) to the Investment Committee.
• Support the production of fund and asset level budgets, business plans and models.
• Conduct hold/sell analysis.
• Produce quarterly strategy and investor report, plus ad hoc reporting.
• Promote sustainability initiatives throughout the funds.
• Support with the review of quarterly and year-end accounts.
• Work with other internal functions such as Research & Strategy, Performance Analytics, Fund Accounting, Finance, Asset Management and Transaction Management.

Investment Analyst requirements:

• Strong financial and excel modelling skills required.
• Degree or master’s in real estate, Investment, Finance or Economics.
• Strong commercial mindset and attention to detail.
• Previous experience within in a real estate investment role (pan-European would be an advantage).
• Ability to travel to pan-European sites when required.
• Excellent communications skills.

Salary is £65,000 - £75,000 plus benefits package and bonus potential.

Office is based in Central London (4 days in the office, 1-day WFH), plus occasional travel across Europe to visit sites.
