The Role
The Investment Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Investment Management team with all client reporting and internal returns, ensuring all SalesForce and client folders are maintained to a high standard.
Confidently prepare Investment Policy Statements to a good standard for compliance approval, ensuring all KPI reports are in line with compliance ready for year end.
Monitor the progress of account opening and all client transfers, responding to client emails and requests in a professional manner.
Prepare and load BACS/CHAPS payments into the Wealth Management software, taking responsibility for any static data amendments and the completion and updating of FATCA, W8 and CRS forms.
Confidently liaise with SIPP providers, assist the Investment Management team and Team Head with any client meeting preparation including presentations and conferences, and manage diary bookings for meetings.
Build a good relationship with clients and staff, becoming a key contact within the team.
The Candidate
1-2 years Client Services or Investment Administration, Wealth Management administration experience. Wealth Planning / Financial Planning administration will also be considered.
Professional and highly interested in work within an Investment Management environment.
Takes initiative for their own work, but also works well as part of a team.
Deals with all matters promptly, professionally and accurately without being reminded.
