Investigations Supervisor (G11) – Fixed-Term Contract

Location: Centenary House
Contract: 12 Months Fixed-Term
Umbrella Rate: £27.64 per hour
Hours: 37 per week


About the Role:

Service Care Solutions is recruiting for an Investigations Supervisor to join a specialist crime team, overseeing an outside enquiry team for Operation Bramber. This role involves supporting the Office Manager in day-to-day case management, including Action Management on HOLMES.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and coordinate the outside enquiry team.
  2. Support case progression, ensuring investigative actions are managed effectively.
  3. Assist with HOLMES database management as required.
  4. Ensure compliance with investigative procedures and case management best practices.

Requirements:
  1. Accredited PIP Level 2 Detective with experience in complex investigations.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Proven ability to manage and coordinate investigative teams.
  4. Experience with NICHE and HOLMES databases.
  5. Ability to work flexibly based on operational needs.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
