Inventory Operative – OX11

£15.38 per hour | Ongoing Basis

Full-time | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you experienced in inventory management and looking for a stable, full-time role? We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Operative to join our team in OX11.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Stock Management: Maintain accurate records, conduct stock checks, and ensure stock rotation and expiry management.
  2. Ordering & Distribution: Order, track, and distribute lab stock, consumables, and maintenance parts.
  3. Compliance & Returns: Handle quarantined goods, process returns, and maintain compliance records.
  4. Parts & Equipment Coordination: Reorder serviceable items, manage refurbishments, and ensure availability of spare parts for maintenance.

Requirements:

  1. Must have a basic DBS check
  2. Full clean driver’s licence
  3. Previous experience in a similar role with stock management/inventory skills
  4. Computer literate with good communication skills
  5. Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  6. Flexible, adaptable, and maintains a professional appearance
  7. Fluent in English (written & oral)
  8. A recognised industry qualification is desirable but not essential

PPE must be worn, and mandatory training completed.
