Job description

About the Role

Join Theramex as an Inventory Coordinator in the UK and become a vital part of our dynamic Inventory Operations team. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will manage end-to-end inventory transactions in our ERP system (D365), ensuring seamless global inventory flow from CMO to end market. Collaborate with Finance, Supply Planning, and Logistics teams to execute works order transactions, finished goods receipts, and intercompany sales and purchase receipts.

Key Responsibilities

You will perform stock transactions to mirror warehouse activities, develop direct relationships with 4PL to resolve inventory queries, and manage inventory adjustments, including parent/child SKU relationships. Partner with the export team to prepare inventory for timely invoicing and handle all sales order transactions, including export and direct market invoices. Additionally, you will be responsible for D365 master data entry activities, such as creating new products, price changes, and VAT information. Run monthly reconciliations for finished goods, bulk, and API SKUs, investigating discrepancies and supporting process improvements to ensure right-first-time processes in inventory transactions.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have excellent attention to detail and experience in data analytics, the ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy, and a tenacious attitude towards challenges with persistent follow-up to meet goals. A broad understanding of end-to-end supply chain, operations, and customer service processes is essential, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous finance operations experience would be ideal as this role would sit within the Inventory & Finance Operations team. Effective communication skills across business and markets, independent problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills with a right-first-time mindset are crucial. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and knowledge of Microsoft D365 are essential. Strong written, verbal, listening, and influencing skills, along with being a team player, organized, self-starter, and quick learner, will set you up for success.
