An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Supply Chain Team of a global business as an Inventory Analyst. You will be responsible for producing and updating a variety of reports and dashboards.

This role would suit someone who loves inventory management and figures, reports, and Excel, and who wants to use this in a global business.

Availability is critical to the business's finest customer support and you will be responsible for the collation and delivery of the management information detailing their Global Distribution Centres performance in line with designated targets.

The role has a number of work-streams with a large portion operating in Syncron, SAP, and Excel. Having the ability to learn quickly is vital and previous system experience is preferable.

You will work alongside the Purchasing and Inventory Assistant and support the wider Supply Chain Management Team with their ad hoc requests.

Your Responsibilities as an Inventory Analyst:

Deliver complex analysis with support or autonomously
Produce all report requirements to schedule
Update existing reports with any changes
Utilise SAP, Syncron, and JDS to extract data
Work within Syncron to execute forecast and inventory processes
Utilise the Business Warehouse to extract and summarise data
Deliver supplier moves from the WPC to the EDC as per plan
Deliver bespoke requests in a timely manner
Review and action individual Warehouse changes to support availability and identify opportunities and risks
