At M&G our purpose is to give everyone real confidence to put their money to work. As an international savings and investments business with roots stretching back more than 170 years, we offer a range of financial products and services through Asset Management, Life and Wealth. All three operating segments work together to deliver attractive financial outcomes for our clients, and superior shareholder returns.
Through our behaviours of telling it like it is, owning it now, and moving it forward together with care and integrity; we are creating an exceptional place to work for exceptional talent.
We will consider flexible working arrangements for any of our roles and also offer work place accommodations to ensure you have what you need to effectively deliver in your role.
Internal Communications and Engagement is a key function of the Corporate Affairs team. At M&G, we’ve got a lot to be shouting about, which is why we’re on a mission to create a more effective channels and communication set up – so that we can make it simpler for colleagues to get the information they need, when they need it.
Right now, we’re on the cusp of kicking off a project to transform the digital experience we provide our colleagues, by onboarding a new supplier and revamping our intranet offering.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with our Content and Channels Lead, and Content and Channels Specialist, to analyse and understand the needs of our business; articulate the role an intranet platform should play in that; agree and design the interface and content priorities; work with key stakeholders around the business to understand their role; align with our other digital products and platforms; and create an exceptional colleague experience.
