Recruiting Partnership Project (RPP) is at the forefront of attracting, sourcing, and selecting the finest officers and soldiers for both the Regular and Reserve Army. We aim to meet ambitious targets in volume, diversity, and candidate experience.
As an Interviewer/Assessor, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and nurturing candidates through their journey to join the British Army. You'll create an unbiased, friendly, and controlled environment where candidates can thrive.
You will be responsible for conducting assessments, implementing assessments under strict test conditions, evaluating fairly using a detailed marking guide to grade candidates accurately, and providing a supportive and encouraging atmosphere throughout the assessment process.
This role will involve working a shift pattern of 37.5 hours per week onsite. This will include overnight chaperone and 'on call' duties once per week. You will be expected to work one weekend per month, which includes a Saturday and Sunday.
The successful candidate will start in January 2025.
