Job Profile
The International Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and efficient running of the international office. The role will provide leadership and day-to-day operational management of three teams, ensuring seamless, effective, and efficient service delivery across all functions. The role will have responsibility for developing external relationships with international purchasers and consultants, ensuring that international patient service is responsive, innovative, and provided to the highest possible standard, encouraging the growth of international services across The Clinic. The role will be key in developing and implementing service improvement plans, developing relationships with key referrers, and identifying opportunities for expanding business opportunities for the Clinic.
