Location: 2-3 days per week in London office Duration: 6 Months Start Date: ASAP Rate: £500/day (inside IR35)
We are currently looking for an HR Consultant with experience of international HR management (APAC, EMEA, North America) and a financial services background.
Main Responsibilities:
Assisting in the implementation of ER strategies, programs and policies ensuring ER policies and procedures are executed in a consistent and expedient manner.
Work on local ER projects and cross-functional ER projects to educate appropriate audiences with the goal of minimising legal risk, preventing the unfair treatment of employees and addressing ER issues.
Leads in the administration of Learning & Development activities across the International locations through collaboration with the L&D COE and local HRCs.
Supports the local HRCs with change management efforts including supporting Integration activities as required such as data gathering, analytics, report writing, production of communications etc.
Design and implement HR solutions to solve strategic business challenges and improving employee engagement.
Supports the Intl HRD as needed.
Experience:
CIPD qualified and HR bachelor's degree are minimum requirements.
Experienced HR practitioner who can manage a wide variety of Employee Relations matters as well as general cyclical HR activities such as talent management, analytics and employee engagement.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation, with the ability to apply sound judgment and discretion in HR decision-making.
