We are looking for a talented internal recruiter who can head hunt for our large multi-site recruitment agency. We need this individual to network and not rely on the likes of job boards!

Duties and responsibilities of the Internal Recruitment Partner include, but are not limited to:

1. Manage an end-to-end recruitment process as part of a small team, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and correspondence with candidates.
2. Writing and advertising appropriate vacancies.
3. Vetting and conducting pre-screen telephone interviews to assess applicant suitability.
4. Arranging/attending MS Teams/face-to-face interviews.
5. Compile and update employee records in the HR database.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR department.
7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
9. Comply with all policies and regulations in the not-for-profit and charities sector.
10. Support the onboarding process for new hires.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team.
