About the Role:
As a Recruitment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding the best talent to join a growing organisation. You’ll lead the recruitment journey from start to finish, ensuring new colleagues not only meet the technical requirements but also align with the organisation’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Advertise roles effectively through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other innovative channels.
- Actively source and build talent pools for current and future roles.
- Screen applications, conduct telephone interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Organise interviews, provide feedback, and coordinate offers and onboarding using an ATS.
- Partner with marketing to design impactful recruitment campaigns.
- Analyse recruitment metrics to improve processes, ensuring the right people are hired at the right time, with the right skills.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a proactive, organised, and people-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- At least 4 years’ experience in recruitment with a proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong CV screening, telephone interviewing, and skill-matching expertise.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and planning skills.
Desirable but Not Essential:
- Experience in the property or construction sectors.
- Knowledge of psychometric testing and employment law.
