Salary: £28,000-£35,000 DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

We have a new opportunity to join our Park Gate Head Office within the People Team as a Internal Recruiter due to the company's expansion plans!

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of Recruitment experience
• Knowledge of the motor trade preferred
• Competent in using Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to always maintain confidentiality
• Motivated and able to work under pressure
• Organised

What you will be doing:

• Recruitment for various departments within the business: Sales, Sales Support/Contact Centre, Aftersales, Workshops: Service & Preparation and Administration
• Working closely with Hiring Managers to ensure we are attracting and retaining the best talent
• Day-to-day candidate management, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from the point of application
• Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates to meet business needs
• Create attractive job adverts and job specifications
• Advertise job openings through multiple sources
• Shortlisting applications and communicating with candidates in a timely manner
• Conduct pre-screen interviews with candidates
• Assist the management team with the interview process
• Organise & coordinate recruitment days for new sites or when large teams are required
• Report on KPI’s weekly and monthly
