Recruiter – Internal, initial 3-month FTC – Healthcare
An opportunity has arisen due to unprecedented growth and contract wins to join the Internal recruitment function for a Private Patient Transport / Ambulance business to be based at their HQ in Grays, Essex.
The role is initially offered as a 3-month Fixed Term contract but there is a distinct possibility the role may go permanent and could be based at either the existing HQ in Grays or additionally a new HQ opening in North West London early 2025.
Joining the Internal Recruitment Team, you will be responsible mainly for the recruitment of:
You will have the support of the Internal Team to allow you to focus purely on the recruitment of the above staff and all additional admin/reference checking etc. will be done by the business support team – allowing you the freedom to concentrate solely on candidate generation.
Access to main job boards is already in situ, numerous adverts will be constantly running and refreshed. This will be a high-volume campaign, so ideally someone with a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience is required. Additionally, if you have healthcare/sector experience, that would be highly beneficial but not essential.
Salary range of £28-£35k (pro-rata) with an immediate start and based permanently at HQ in Grays.
As mentioned above, due to the continued growth and success, the role does have the potential to go permanent after the initial 3 months and at that point could be based at either HQ depending on your preference.
