Pentagon Technical Services arecurrently looking for a Recruiter to join our head office team. Youwould work under the Talent Acquisition Manager with bringingcandidates into the company for numerous Construction roles.Construction knowledge or experience is desirable, needs to beconfident on the phone and is highly organised.
Please note,this is not a cold calling position with clients, all our clients areexisting.
The following duties fall within the purview ofthis role:
- Work as part of a small Recruitment teambringing in new candidates into an SME business.
- Process theCVs that come into the Recruitment inbox for screening.
- Screen candidates for Construction positions, explainPentagon Technical Services as a company and talk through the fullemployment process.
- Work on a number of roles at the sametime.
- Liaise with the Project Directors regarding potentialjobs and booking interviews via Microsoft Teams.
- Advertisejob adverts on LinkedIn and CV library.
- Build relationshipswith existing clients.
- Attend meetings, conferences, andevents to build relationships with industry partners.
- Promotethe company’s products and services by addressing or predictingclients’ objectives.
- Answer the office phone when needed.
- Manage the CVs that come into the Recruitment inbox.
- Create excel spreadsheets regarding salary packages.
- Write Pre-Contract agreements and send to candidates.
- Up-date candidate information and keep everyone up to datewith processes.
