This is a fantastic opportunity to operationally lead a group of highly productive and forward-thinking services. You will operationally manage Community Therapies, Stroke, Neuro, Falls, and Dietetic services, in accordance with Trust values, in the delivery of effective, efficient, and high-quality services for service users.
These services are co-located and manage shared pathways as well as profession-specific activities. You will work closely with the service's clinical leads and the operational lead for MSK and Podiatry, whilst also having support from a deputy Operational Lead.
You will work in conjunction with the General Manager, Operational Manager, Head of Operations, Clinical Lead, and Professional Leads to develop and deliver safe and effective services, in accordance with key national targets, clinical standards, service priorities, and performance indicators set by local commissioners and Trust policies.
You will support and oversee operational delivery of services at team level, and you will be required to work autonomously in order to address issues impacting service delivery with overall support and strategic direction from the General Manager / Operational Manager.
