The Agency:

• They provide media, marketing and communications services to clients within FinTech, Blockchain and hospitality with offices in Manila and London.
• Hybrid schedule with flexible hours and an office located in Soho. Non-hierarchical environment and drinks in office every Thursday.
• Ambitious growth plans; currently working with a group of crypto companies that are all sister agencies

The Internal Communication Manager’s Role:

• You will run all the internal communications for the agency, the sister companies of the agency and the CEO.
• You will help with a variety of creative projects for the internal communications within the agency.
• The internal communications manager will enjoy working more creatively and have an entrepreneurial spirit. They will enjoy being able make a project their own and have a passion for growth.

The Internal Communication Manager will have:

• You will have a good understanding of fintech and cryptocurrency/blockchain.
• Experience as an internal communications manager at another PR/creative agency or for a company in the relevant sectors (Blockchain, fintech, crypto, Web3).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven communications strategies.
• Day rate for this role is between £190 - £288
