Internal Audit Manager, Investment Banking Credit Risk

An investment banking internal audit team in London is looking to hire an internal audit manager who specializes in Credit Risk.

You will need to have worked in investment banking previously and have good knowledge of credit risk management and how to identify risks and provide assurance over an investment bank's credit risk processes.

The role, equivalent to VP level, will see you managing end-to-end audits and leading engagements and less experienced staff on many of those engagements. Prior internal audit experience would be highly beneficial but there is scope for an experienced credit risk practitioner from the 1st or 2nd lines of defence to transition into this role.

You would be joining a dedicated capital markets internal audit team which is London centric but with a global footprint. Work/life balance and corporate culture is considered to be a real sell for this team versus some of their better-known competitors.
