Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Flux Consulting have partnered with a leading consultancy based in London. They offer a wide range of services across various sectors and have experienced consistent growth across all eight of their offices.

Due to this continued expansion, we are seeking a degree-qualified Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their new, but growing team.

You will be involved in a variety of projects across various sectors, including residential and commercial, delivering high-quality cost management services. Working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, you will take responsibility for cost planning, tender management, valuations, and final accounts across their London-based projects.

The ideal applicant will possess the following skills and experiences:

1. Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
2. Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role
3. Experience in a variety of sectors, primarily residential and commercial
4. Strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and procurement
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
6. Ambition to work towards chartership (APC support provided)
