Role & Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the preparation of syndicate financial reports and accounts in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
2. Perform detailed financial analysis and present findings to senior management.
3. Collaborate with team members to enhance reporting processes and maintain accurate financial records.
4. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes.
5. Liaise with auditors to facilitate the completion of audit requirements.
6. Syndicate Reporting: Extensive experience in preparing and managing reports specific to syndicate accounting within the insurance sector.
7. Financial Analysis: Proven capability in conducting thorough financial analysis and producing strategic insights.
8. Regulatory Compliance: Deep understanding of the financial regulatory environment as it applies to insurance syndicates.
9. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly articulate financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
10. Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team setting.
