Job description

A leading house builder is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Director to join the business on a 9-month maternity cover contract starting in June. This is a key leadership role, overseeing the sales and marketing strategy across a portfolio of high-profile residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales and marketing strategy, ensuring strong commercial performance across multiple developments.
• Manage and inspire a team of sales managers and marketing professionals, driving performance and engagement.
• Oversee pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and customer experience initiatives.
• Work closely with the board and senior leadership to align strategy with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective marketing campaigns and brand positioning.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role within the residential development sector.
• A track record of driving sales performance and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Commercially astute, with the ability to manage budgets and maximise ROI.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
