This cutting-edge brand with a strong heritage seeks an Interim Procurement Project Manager to take ownership of a strategic outsourcing initiative to manage tail spend, drive efficiency, innovation, and real change.

This isn't just any contract. You'll be stepping into a fast-moving, high-performance culture where procurement plays a critical role in shaping the future. Your mission? To lead the outsourcing of tail spend to a best-fit third-party provider - unlocking time, value, and scalability for the business.

What You'll Do:

1. Lead the end-to-end project to outsource tail spend procurement, from scoping and partner selection to onboarding and transition.
2. Map and analyse existing tail spend across categories and suppliers, identifying opportunities for consolidation, cost reduction, and process improvement.
3. Engage and manage stakeholders across procurement, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and buy-in.
4. Work closely with the chosen BPO partner to design and implement a fit-for-purpose service model, SLAs, governance structure, and performance metrics.
5. Drive improved visibility, compliance, and control over low-value, high-volume spend.
6. Ensure a smooth change management process with minimal disruption to business continuity.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in procurement transformation, particularly outsourcing tail spend or indirect procurement functions.
2. Strong knowledge of BPO/vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
3. Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
4. Comfortable navigating data and spend analytics, using insights to drive decisions.
5. Self-sufficient, pragmatic, and delivery-focused, with a hands-on approach.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
