My renowned Arts sector client based in Central London is currently looking for an interim People Business Partner to cover maternity leave on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract starting at the end of May 2025. The role is ideally full time, hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and will pay a salary of £48,666 per year.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of People, as one of 3 People Business Partners, you will be responsible for departments covering approximately 300 employees and will be dealing with restructure, employee relations, and long-term sickness in the main.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading change management and employee relations, be collaborative, and work well as part of a team with a firmness in character but also a flexible approach in seeing the "grey areas" of issues. This will be a "hands-on" role.
