Your new role

A part-time Financial Controller is required to support for an initial 3 days per week to sustain the organisation through a period of growth. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will leverage your extensive experience as a financial controller to deliver comprehensive financial reporting, implement robust processes, manage payroll, authorise payments, and maintain a proactive, hands-on approach.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a fully qualified or qualified by experience accountant, with extensive experience in Financial Accounting roles in SME's. You will also have strong analytical skills and an attention to detail. Previous experience of working in the manufacturing industry and SME's would be an advantage. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with stakeholders and colleagues.
