An opportunity has arisen to oversee a Nursing Home in central Halifax. The home specialises in Residential and Nursing Care for the Elderly.

We need someone who is extremely confident and has excellent organisational skills that can hit the ground running. In return, my client is offering a competitive daily rate.

Skills/Qualifications for the role of Interim Home Manager:

1. Experience in Elderly/Elderly dementia care is essential.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards.

Experience for the Interim Home Manager Role:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Previous experience of working in a care setting.
3. Ability to deliver the organisation's vision and values.
